Check that your pilot light is on and the set temperature is more than room temperature, if its still not working call our office on 9808 7555 and we will attend and investigate further

It sounds like you have a blocked bathroom drain or further more a blocked sewer / storm water drain. We will need to attend with our machine and unblock the drain for you. We are available 24hrs 7days a week
I smell gas in my home even when I am not using the kitchen cook top or oven. What should I do?
You need to get one of our gas technicians to attend and test the appliances and locate the leak and repair as required. A same day response from our gas technician would be required.
There is a loss of power throughout my house but my neighbours appear to have power. What should I do?
This could mean a safety switch or circuit has tripped within your switchboard. These could be a few things causing this fault either a faulty appliance is attached, there is some damaged cabling that requires repair. We can have someone attend same day for this fault.
