As an extension of our electrical services Twin Electrics & Plumbing can install new phone points for your home or office. We can install data points to link all your home computers to a central computer, printer or internet modem.
We will set up data points for network set ups in your office, linking central servers to multiple desktops to help with accounting programs, job dispatch systems and internet connections.
Service Standards
While we offer a wide range of services, Twin Electrics & Plumbing’s major asset is our reliability. Our customers receive a guarantee of efficient service; the knowledge that once their call has been received, a service team will respond within two hours (for the Melbourne Metropolitan area), for any emergency requirements.
The company is committed to this standard, and has developed an infrastructure to support its delivery including:
- On call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Central point of contact for job co-ordination
- After hours diversion and access to company directors
- Mobile access to all service vans.
Information about all jobs undertaken is recorded on a job card, and entered into a central accounts database system. This system provides a ready reference for all aspects of the project, including a description of the job, names of tradesman who attend, the work completed, materials used and a detailed cost breakdown.
